Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

 

Refunds are not accepted. However, returns for replacements or store credit are available for the following reasons.

 

1. Items have been defected;

 - Package does not match with the product

 -In order to preserve the quality of our products, all items are evaluated and checked prior to its shipment.  All merchandise is shipped securely with styrofoam, bubble wrap, or other shipping supplies to prevent any damages. We are not responsible for any damaged by third parties. However, if you feel that the item has been defected prior to its shipment please feel free to contact us for more information. If one or multiple items have been damaged during shipping, we will accept returns to replace the original damaged product.

 

2. An incorrect item has been sent;

 wrong color, product, etc 

 

In order to be eligible for returns, any issues with merchandise need to be stated within 7 business days after receiving the products.

 

           Any returns and/or exchanges are not eligible for;

 

1. Sudden change in mind or decision.
